AWAKEN YOUR CREATIVE POTENTIAL: Workshops in MOVEMENT, MEDITATION & INTUITIVE PAINTING  w/ Stephanie Kittell

Paint Cabin, Toronto

10 am - 12:30 pm

Your life is a blank canvas with limitless possibilities. A wellspring of creative energy lies dormant in you. Your inner child is longing to come out and play. To express! But how do we unleash our creative potential and focus this playful energy in a more meaningful way?

With compassionate curiosity we’ll peel back the layers and explore our boundless creative potential through a practice of playful movement, guided meditation, and intuitive painting.

YOUR PRACTICE.

There are many ways to unfold the yoga journey that serves you!

Money should never be a barrier to practice. Nor should gender, race, religion, sexuality, mental health, or physical ability! Contact me to discuss how we can make practice accessible to you - creating a safe space for exploration. I'm also a huge believer in trade & barter arrangements that strengthen community relationships.

With gratitude, 5% of every session fee/product purchase will be donated to New Leaf Foundation.
