Ready to rise, and serve our most soulful desires.
But how do we access our creative potential, release the roadblocks that hold us back, and focus this rising energy in a more meaningful way?
In the support of community, and the safe container of our practice, we’ll peel back the layers and explore. Weaving together the tools of mindful movement, guided meditation, and intuitive painting. Tuning into the whispers deep within, and awakening the possibilities of boundless creative expression.
PROGRESSIONS (Choose 1 or all 3):
SESSION 1 - OCT 16 [BREATHE WELL]
When was the last time you gave your generous attention to the breath? How does it fuel you? Where does it get stuck? Together, we'll challenge the habit patterns that no longer serve you, harness the life force energy that moves through you & unfold the possibilities of breathing the body-mind-heart into greater awareness.
SESSION 2 - OCT 30 [PLAY WELL]
With the right foundations in place, in the safe container of our practice, I encourage you to listen to your body and move like no one's watching! In our embodied practices we'll peel away the layers. Cultivating strength & resiliency. Inviting your inner child out to play. Uncovering your most authentic Self - intuitive, joyful, free to create!
SESSION 3 - NOV 14 [BE WELL]
To be well - what does this look like for you? How does it feel? Where does the space open up? We'll explore sensations in movement & stillness. Learning to balance effort & ease. Tuning into the nuances of life's rhythms. Cultivating a compassionate awareness that extends beyond the mat and permeates our relational lives, so that we can create more meaningfully.
- Not an artist? Don't have an established movement/meditation practice? Don't worry! No experience necessary.
- This is an inclusive space & safe container for discovery. All are welcome.

- Yoga mat (if you have one - don’t worry we’ll also have a few extra)
- Comfortable clothes to move in
